No Guarantee of Agent Work or Profit

4.1. We make no promises or guarantees regarding agent work or profit. No refunds will be issued if expected work or profit does not materialize. By participating in this project, we all assume certain risks, with the website developer assuming the most significant risk by completing the website without any upfront payment.

Financial and Legal Responsibilities

5.1. You are responsible for all your own running costs, including but not limited to accountancy fees, taxes, public liability insurance, indemnity insurance, and registration with professional or legal bodies where applicable.

5.2. It is your responsibility to maintain any necessary records, as we will not provide any record-keeping services.

Ownership and Future Development of the Website

6.1. As the website developer, I have built the website at my own expense and without any guarantee of profit. Any future profits generated by the website will be retained by myself.
