2.1. Let Us View takes no liability for your success or failure in procuring a property or its fitness for your intended purpose. Our role is to introduce you to agents who can provide property viewing services, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

2.2. We are not property surveyors and cannot identify structural problems. Additionally, we are not liable for any fees or losses incurred by you in connection with our services. It is your choice to engage with an agent and proceed with property viewings.
